IJO (LaunchPad)

The Leonicorn Swap Initial Jungle Offering (IJO) is similar to IDOs found on other platforms, with one notable and critical difference: our partners are selected very carefully and have to meet strict criteria in order to launch on our platform. These measures are designed to simultaneously protect our investors from poor quality projects and scams, while delivering viable projects that are more likely to deliver a solid performance.

In order to launch on our platform a project must meet the following criteria.

Fully doxxed team

This means the partner team are verifiable people with traceable histories, not anonymous characters.

Strong use case

The projects we launch must provide a viable use case for their token. We won’t be launching memecoins and pump and dump tokens through our IJO platform.

Commitment to locking LP

Locked liquidity shows investors that the team is committed to their project for the long term, and that liquidity cannot be removed unexpectedly. We are partnered with CryptEx Locker, so it couldn’t be simpler for projects to lock their liquidity.

Clear and realistic roadmap

While we admire ambition, the roadmap has to be deliverable.

Audited smart contracts

The smart contracts, for any projects we allow to launch on our platform, must be audited to ensure the security of our investors.

IJO Process

In order to participate in an IJO, users must stake some tokens in LEON Locked Staking.

Users will be eligible to partake in any IJO that occurs while their tokens are locked, and must pay for their IJO tokens using BUSD. The dollar value of the allocation each user can receive will be capped at the dollar value of their locked LEON tokens at the time of the IJO.

Once the IJO is concluded, the purchased IJO tokens, together with any unused BUSD, will be transferred to the user's wallet. However, LEON tokens and earned rewards in Locked Staking will not be available until the end of the chosen staking term.

How to Invest in an IJO

In order to invest in an IJO, you must first stake LEON in Locked Staking to a US dollar value at least equal to the amount of BUSD you wish to commit to the IJO.

  1. Open the side menu and tap on IJO. Ensure your wallet is connected (see Connecting Your Wallet).

  2. Find the IJO you are looking to invest in. If you wish to commit 100 BUSD or less, choose Basic Sale, otherwise choose Unlimited Sale. Tap Commit BUSD Tokens.

  3. Enter the number of BUSD tokens you wish to commit and tap Enable. You will then be prompted by your wallet app to approve the transaction and pay the associated transaction fee (paid with Binance Smart Chain BNB).

NOTE: The transaction will not be allowed if you try to commit more BUSD than the value of your locked LEON.

  4. Wait for the transaction to approve and the Confirm button to activate.

  5. Tap Confirm.

  6. You will then be prompted by your wallet app to approve the transaction and pay the associated transaction fee (paid with Binance Smart Chain BNB).

Once approved, the transaction will be sent to the network for processing. Though this usually takes only about a minute, when the network is under high demand, transactions can take much longer to complete.

Once the transaction completes, the BUSD tokens will be removed from your wallet and will now be displayed as Committed on the DEX. The number of tokens you will receive when the IJO completes will also be displayed.

How to Collect Your Tokens

Once the IJO has been completed you will be able to claim your tokens.

  1. Open the side menu and tap on IJO. Ensure your wallet is connected (see Connecting Your Wallet).

  2. Find the completed IJO containing your collectable tokens, and tap Claim.

  3. You will then be prompted by your wallet app to approve the transaction and pay the associated transaction fee (paid with Binance Smart Chain BNB).

Once approved, the transaction will be sent to the network for processing. Though this usually takes only about a minute, when the network is under high demand, transactions can take much longer.

When complete, your IJO tokens will be removed from the smart contract and deposited in your wallet.
